Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at TradeVaultGear.

1. Change-of-mind returns If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, including the original shipping cost, provided the item is unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. We may decline a refund or apply a deduction if a change-of-mind return shows use beyond what's reasonably needed to inspect it.

2. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items If your item is faulty (including faults that appear during normal use), arrives damaged, or is different from what you ordered or from its description, contact us — we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you. The "unused" condition in section 1 does not apply to these cases.

3. Warranty and your legal rights Any warranty we advertise on a product page is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under consumer law.

4. How to start a return Email support@tradevaultgear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

5. Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item. For change-of-mind returns that meet the conditions above, the refund includes the original shipping cost.

6. Your consumer rights Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. European Union: nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.
